Our quotation is valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of issue.

All prices shown are subject to VAT at the standard rate, unless 'Reverse Charge VAT' or 'New Home' rules apply.

All Main Contractor Discounts (MCD's) are included within the rates shown.

Our quotation allows for one continuous visit to site, unless specifically stated otherwise.

All traffic management, pedestrian management, and signage is by others, unless specifically stated otherwise.

The required minimum notice for mobilisation is 3 weeks unless agreed otherwise.

Sufficient access for plant, delivery vehicles, lorries, work vehicles and equipment is required at the point of install.

Our quotation includes for general supervision of our work gangs but not for a full time supervisor.

Works are only to be carried out during standard working hours, unless specifically stated otherwise or agreed.

Our Standard Working Hours are Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Weekend shifts can be arranged with Pinnacle Groundworks management. Standard weekend working hours are Saturday to Sunday - 8:00am to 2:00pm.

Quantities are as outlines in our attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Parking, Welfare, and Storage Facilities are to be provided by the Client.

No excavation has been allowed for unless specifically stated otherwise within the quotation.

No allowance has been made for the disposal of contaminated materials found on site, unless specifically stated otherwise.

No allowance has been made for the discovery of archaeological items or munitions found on site.

Our quotation allows for a light site induction for all Pinnacle Groundworks staff attending site.

Our quotation allows for the production of Site Specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements.

Our quotation allows for the completion of daily pre-start sheets if this is a project requirement.

Our quotation is based on the information provided to us at the time of quoting. The quote is subject to change following a site visit or design change.

Any works cancelled within 24 hours of the programmed and agreed start date will incur a cancellation fee.

Pinnacle Groundworks Ltd can not be made liable for any issues caused from sub-bases installed by others.

Quoted & Delivered Materials may appear different in person from samples/website images due to a number of factors, such as variations in natural stone, lighting, wear, batch differences, etc.

Pinnacle Groundworks Ltd can not be made liable for any delays to programme due to adverse weather conditions preventing works from taking place.

All setting out of works are to be provided by the client.

Domestic Installations - Payment Terms

A) For all domestic installations, we require a 50% deposit for materials 7 days prior to works commencing.

B) The remaining balance plus any additional extras made during the works, will be due on completion.

C) For installations that exceed 1 week, an interim valuation will be required and payment agreed.

D) Pinnacle Groundworks Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England Reference Rate on any late payments & claim compensation from late payment as set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Commercial Projects/Schemes - Payment Terms

A) Invoices are to be issued every Monday following a weekly site valuation.

B) Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice.

C) Pinnacle Groundworks Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England Reference Rate on any late payments & claim compensation from late payment as set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
